The Bowen Technique is usually last on a list of potential therapies people try for back pain. Partly because it's not well known and partly because it is extremely effective.

I became a Bowen Therapist after I fractured my back horse riding and was a back pain sufferer for many years. I tried physio, osteopaths, deep tissue massage and most temporarily helped. Bowen was the ONLY thing that worked in the long term on my lower back problem.
