Hi, I'm affiliated with this website which offers non-biased, doctor-reviewed articles for patients with spine and back problems, including low back pain and other conditions.

I've used it to find good resources to help my dad and my friends when they had various back problems, so I know it's good from the layman's perspective as well!

Lots of good info on prevention, physical therapy, etc. as well as understanding chiropractic and surgical treatment options if it comes to that.
