Why Memory Foam is not Enough

www.reveva.com

Memory foam was designed to cushion against the effects of G-forces during space travel and is a great material to improve comfort during sleep.

BUT it was designed to give way (usually called “mould to your body” in most suppliers advertising) when pressure is applied and NOT to provide the support your lower back needs to maintain a neutral sleep position. Without this support your body will naturally sag in the lower back region thereby adding stress to your body’s musculoskeletal structure.

Reveva have created a support zone under the lower back which keeps the spine in the best position to prevent this stress being applied during the night. Whilst this will clearly benefit those with existing back problems it will also help prevent those who put their back in any type of stress during the day from developing a condition. Remember that there are lots of activities that may cause this stress including driving and using the computer as well as manual activities and sports.

The reveva design is unique and should not be confused with other memory foam mattresses most of whom rely entirely on the NASA story without commenting on the limitations of memory foam.

The additional support and overall comfort provided by a reveva mattress can be felt immediately but to be sure we offer a 7 day free trial period ( no advance payment required ) and then to be absolutely certain we also offer a 28 day money back period after purchase.

Just call 0161 665 2062 for your free trial.

My Lower Back Pain

Please note that I have no relationship with the products or services I describe here. I developed this site partly to encourage me to put more effort into fixing my own back, but also to inspire others to go take control of their own back care.

Hopefully you may find some of the ideas here useful, and maybe can discuss them with your doctor.

If you find mylowerbackpain.com useful, please add a link to it from your website or blog.

Thanks, Steve.
