MBT 2010 question

Are the current MBTs still having the same quality problems that began in 2007? Would you recommend Sketchers Shape Ups as an alternative if the current MBT quality is still not good?

Sketchers Shape Ups look similar to MBTs in that they have a curved sole, but don't appear to be making any health claims the way that MBTs do. On the other hand, they're much cheaper. I've not tried them, so I can't comment.

Hello, Trying to find someone that has had tendon and nerve problems with MBT shoes.

Purchasing the shoes I knew to take it easy, so I just wore the shoes occassionally. After a couple weeks, I noticed my calfs were very very tight. Yoga is my favorite past time so I always stretch and exercise before walking or exercising.

Now I'm on crutches because the tightness in my calves turned to nerve and tendon pain around my knee, in back and to the right.

Immediately I stopped wearing my MBT shoes but I'm out the money for the shoes and I've had to buy crutches and pay for Doctors vists, crutches. Dog walking is how I make a living and I live on the third floor of the condo complex where I live.

It's been a nightmare since I bought the MBT shoes and looking to see if anyone else has had problems.

Knowing several people that just stopped wearing them, because they fell or other problems, I thought others may have had problems too.

The friends that just quit using their MBT's are very wealthy, and were not concerned about the money they lost. My income is very very low and now that I can't walk dogs, I can't even buy groceries.

Please help if you have any suggestions or know anyone that can help.

Sorry - I don't know if MBTs are still suffering from the same problems. I'm still on my first pair!
