Lower Back Exercises Guide

This site explains some of the common reasons people experience lower back pain, such as having weak abdominal muscles and offers several sensible stretching, and strengtening exercises designed to strengthen the muscles of the lower back which, if done regularly should help to alleviate the pain.

The importance of overall core strengthening is pointed out and the fact that exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles such as crunches, balance-type exercises, or just maintaining good posture while performing other movements are good exercises for alleviating lower back pain.
