Instructions on Walking in MBT's

I've purchased a pair of MBT's online but they come with nothing except a note that says besure to walk in them the correct way - what does that mean??? Is there a specific way to walk in them?? Where can I find out this information as the place I purchased them from is no help. Thanks all.

Hi - my pair came with a video...

However, I've just checked the MBT website (www.swissmasai.co.uk) and at the bottom of the page there's an "introsession" video showing you how to walk in them.

(It looks a bit better than the video - which was cringe-worthy in places!)
