Hip and knee pain
I just purchased my first pair of MBT's last week. My massage therapist introduced me to a painter who had severe back and leg pain because of his profession. His wife convinced him to get a pair. Now, he will not be without them. He now has several pairs.
The price is hard to swallow. I purchased mine for $200. I figure surgery and other extensive therapies would cost much more.
I had both of my legs surgically broken back in 1990. I was born with bowed legs and as a result, my knee joints were nearly shot. The surgery straightened my legs. Since I was only 30 years old, the doctor did not want to replace my knee joints. After almost 19 years, my hips are not balanced, which results in one leg shorter than the other.
I have been to chiropractors and have been taking pilates for eight months to try to remedy this problem. As a result, I'm in pain all the time. That's why I go to the massage therapist.
With all that said, this is my third day with my MBT's. More of my muscles have now come to the party. I find that the pain is worse without my shoes on. I'm expecting big results with my MBT's. So far, so good.
