Drive Pain Away

Back pain, knee pain, leg pain or sciatica could be caused by repetitive stress muscle imbalances caused by driving. Learn techniques, strategies and exercises you can do easily WHILE you drive and get pain-free in no time.

As a mother of four, I have been driving at least three to four hours a day for many years. Like you, I'm busy and rarely found the time for proper exercise. Finally, I found myself in incredible pain from my low back, down my hip, down my leg and all the way into my heel on my right side.

So, I did what we all do. You know the routine. I went to Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Doctors. I got some relief at each session but it didn't last. And, I logged even more time in the car driving to all these appointments.

I couldn't just stop driving. But, I couldn't keep driving with all this pain. And I couldn't keep driving to and paying for treatment sessions that weren't resolving the problem.

I HAD TO HAVE A SOLUTION TO MY PAIN!

I started an extensive period of research into the causes and treatments for back pain, sciatica, leg pain and hip pain. I found lots and lots of information with lots and lots of promises and prices. As I sorted through the barrage of information I knew the solution that I wanted had to be:

* Effective

* Low Cost

* Low Time Commitment

I just didn't have the time or the money to continue to be in pain.

. . .I bet you don't either.

My Lower Back Pain

Please note that I have no relationship with the products or services I describe here. I developed this site partly to encourage me to put more effort into fixing my own back, but also to inspire others to go take control of their own back care.

Hopefully you may find some of the ideas here useful, and maybe can discuss them with your doctor.

If you find mylowerbackpain.com useful, please add a link to it from your website or blog.

Thanks, Steve.
